You want to suspend the opera-
tion sharing:
If you want to suspend the operation shar-
ing while displaying the shared application,
display the screen of Step 2 and check 'Do
not disturb with requests for control right
now'. The right to operate will not move to
the other person until you remove the
check.
Saving a file:
You can save a file modified by each other
while sharing an application such as Word
and Excel. The file is saved only in the PC
of the person who has the file. For the way
to save the file, refer to Help of that appli-
cation etc.
You want to display the shared
window in full screen (on the
receiver PC):
Click in the order of [View]
Screen].

Using White Board
You can exchange information with the other person by
displaying a white board on each other's PC and writing
characters, drawing pictures and pasting images on it.
Also, you and the other person can operate at the same
time.

Speaking with someone.
Tell him or her that you will use the white board.
He or she waits for a while and doesn't have to
make any operation.
