After Making a call, you can save the Phone number of the last call in

Storing a Number After a Call

You can save the phone number you last called in your Address Book. The
number can be saved in two ways:
•
Store the number into a new Contact .
•
Store the number into an existing Contact.
After tapping End to end a call, tap the Store button within 5 seconds. A
Store Number display will be shown. You can choose to store the number
as a New Contact in your Address Book or add the number to an existing
Address Book entry.
