! You will be notified to turn SIM request to ON when setting up the PIN,
if your current SIM Request setting is Off.
If a wrong PIN code is entered, the screen will show Invalid code.
If the PIN number is entered incorrectly 3 times in a row, your SIM card will
automatically lock-up and the SIM Card Blocked message will be displayed.

If your SIM card is blocked, and you receive the SIM Card Blocked
message, you will need to enter a PIN Unblock (PUK) code and key
sequence before you can use the phone. You will need to contact your
service provider for the PUK code to unlock the SIM card. If the PUK code is
entered incorrectly 10 times in a row, your SIM card will become
permanently blocked.
