The Wireless Application Services (WAP) browser is suitable for interaction
with services such as on-line reservations, e-commerce and banking. It can
also be used for accessing information such as stock prices, sports news and
exchanges rates. Internet surfing and data transfer is greatly enhanced by
using the General Packet Radio Service (GPRS) functionality.
Using the WAP browser is very similar to the way you would use a
traditional web browser.
The browser allows you to:
Connect to the internet and interact with specially designed WAP
services
View pages on the Internet designed specifically for WAP services
! The option of surfing Internet depends on the availability of this service
from your Cellular Service Provider and whether you have subscribed to
the service. Please check with your Cellular Service Provider regarding
WAP configurations.
! GPRS availability depends on your Cellular Service Provider and whether
you have subscribed to the service.
In order to connect to the Internet using WAP, you will need:
Apply for Data service from your Cellular Service Provider.

Subscribe to a WAP service from your Internet Service Provider (ISP).

Setup your device to enable you to connect to the Internet.

Activate your WAP browser.
Before you can start using the WAP browser, it is important that you
