□ EVF Information Mode
In this mode, recording Information is conveniently displayed in the viewfinder. The display varies
according to the mode (pause or recording) the camera is in and the setting of the various camera
controls. The displays are not recorded.
Displays appear in the viewfinder as shown:
(For details, refer to pp. 24, 25)
1 denotes displays which appear only during pause
J mode.

) denotes displays which appear in warning in pause
y and recording modes.

) denotes displays which appear both during record-

• Displays enclosed in
[_
_j and £_3 can be deleted or displayed as desired by pressing display button (B) (ON/OFF button).
When the recorder's VTR switch is first set to ON,
displays ®, ® and ® appear in the viewfinder.
When the battery pack is exhausted, display @
also appears.
Displays©, © and ® also appear if you have set
the corresponding switches.
• All displays except©, @ and (§) will disappear
automatically after 25 seconds. If you want to
check the information again, press the mode
select button three times to recall the EVF infor¬
mation mode.
• If you use the gain up (@) or backlight compen¬
sation (®) feature, or if you switch the filter set¬
ting (®) or the power zoom speed (®), the cor¬
responding display will appear in the viewfinder
for 25 seconds, after which it is cancelled
automatically.
