the Macro Mechanism
The macro mechanism is designed for shooting
subjects (such as flowers, insects, and other suita¬
ble objects) from a close distance.
Set the focus selector to MANUAL
To enter the macro mode, turn the zooming lever
to the wide-angle position, pull up on the zooming
lever knob, and continue to turn the lever.
• To focus in the macro mode, turn the zooming
lever within the macro range while watching
the image in the viewfinder.
• Focusing is possible down to approximately 4
mm from the front of the lens.
