In the servo amplifier graph function, a specific period of time can be set in the collection and
trigger setting window. Then the waveform data that occurred within the set period and the
parameter information can be buffered in a servo amplifier, and can be read out and displayed
on the GOT. By saving a normal waveform data as a history, you can compare it with the data
