Product Overview

NOTE Please tear the stickers underneath the earbuds before using.

Power ON/OFF

• To power on, remove the earbuds from the case OR quickly press the MFB.
• To power off, place the earbuds in the case OR hold the MFB for 5 seconds.

NOTE If the case is totally out of battery, the earbuds won't turn ON/OFF automatically.

Pairing - Stereo Mode

1. Remove the earbuds from the charging case, they will automatically power on and enter pairing mode, If the earbuds do not automatically turn on, quickly press the MFB and the blue light flashes.
2. The left and right earbuds will connect each other automatically. You will see blue and white lights flashing alternatively, indicating pairing mode in the right earbud (the master earbud),
3. Go to the Bluetooth menu on your device and select "E18 Plus".

The earbuds will give you the following voice prompts:
Power on ➜ Pairing (right earbud) ➜ Connected

Pairing - Mono Mode

(Left Earbud)

1. If the two earbuds are connected, place the right earbud in the charging case. The left earbud will enter pairing mode automatically.
2. If the two earbuds are off, power on the left earbud, it will enter pairing mode automatically.
3. Go to the Bluetooth menu on your device and select "E18 Plus".
4. If you power on the right earbud after pairing the left earbud, the left and right earbuds will connect each other automatically and back to stereo mode.

NOTE: After you have paired successfully once, the earbuds will connect your device automatically when you turn on them again.

NOTE: You may adjust the volume through your smartphone.

How to charge

Charging the Earbuds

• Simply place the earbuds in the charging case and the white light will shine on the earbuds. When they are fully charged, the light will be off.
• It takes about 1 hour to fully charge the earbuds. The case will recharge the earbuds 3~4 times.

• There are two ways to charge the case.
  1. Connect the micro USB cable to the charging case until the blue light flashes. (Need 2 hours to fully charge)
  2. Put the charging case on the wireless charging pad. (Need 4 hours to fully charge)

Please follow below steps when both earbuds fall to pair each other or occur connection related Issues.

1. Place both earbuds to charging case and remain charging
2. Press and hold the power buttons of both earbuds for 10 s until blue & white lights flash
3. Take out both earbuds from charging case
4. Delete the "E18 Plus" Bluetooth name from your phone and turn off Bluetooth
5. Turn on Bluetooth and click "E18 Plus" from your phone

Q & A

Q: Why the music cuts in and out sometimes?
A: Please make sure there is no obstacle between the earphones and your device, Items like
Microwave oven/Wifi transmitter are more likely to produce electromagnetic interference and result in signal interruption,
Note Please keep your phone and the master earphone (R) as close as possible to ensure a stable connection.

Q Will the battery life different by using different devices?
A: E18 PLUS wireless earbuds supported apt-X technology which designed to enhance audio quality. Therefore, the battery consumption will increase if you are using Android system (5H PLAYTIME). If you are using IOS system, the battery consumption will not be largely affected.
