Example: Throw distance when projecting on a 16:10 150" screen using the NP54ZL lens:
According to the "Lens types and throw distance (Aspect ratio 16:10)" table (→ page 00), W (screen
width) = 127"/323.1 cm.
The throw distance is 127"/323.1 cm × 1.2 to 127"/323.1 cm × 2.0 = 152"/387.7 cm to 254"/646.2
cm (because of the zoom lens).
* Your calculated figure has a few percent margin of error because the calculation formula is ap-
proximate.
Calculation formula (Zoom min to max)
L = W × 0.5 to W × 0.7
L = W × 0.6 to W × 0.9
L = W × 0.9 to W × 1.3
L = W × 1.2 to W × 2.0
L = W × 2.0 to W × 3.9
L = W × 3.9 to W × 7.4
