    June 2021© Toro Groundsmaster 360 ROPS Cab Installation Manual Installation Instructions: 1. Remove the upper 2-post ROPS hoop. 2. Ensure the inside vertical planes of the fuel and oil tank are clean to ensure a proper glue adhesion. 3. Use an aerosol spray glue, 3M High Strength 90 is recommended, install the left and right inner tank upholstery pieces.
  • Page 7 June 2021© Toro Groundsmaster 360 ROPS Cab Installation Manual 5. Locate the hole, shown below, in the front right of the operator foot platform. Drill hole out to ½”. This is the front right ROPS fastening location. 6. Return to the cab to install lift brackets next. To remove the gas shock on the left cab door, slide a flat screwdriver underneath the small clip on the end cap that must be pulled UP order to pop the shock off of the ball stud.
  • Page 8 June 2021© Toro Groundsmaster 360 ROPS Cab Installation Manual 7. Take one of the ½” x 4 ½” hex bolts and one cab lift bracket. Locate the top rear corner of the left b-post where the weld nut is located. Fasten the bracket to the weld nut. Repeat for the right side.

Once all fasteners are started, and cab is fastened to tractor, un-hook the cab lift brackets and then remove the brackets from the cab. 13. The 5/8” rear fasteners can be tightened to a 205 ft-lb torque. The ½” front fasteners can be tightened to a 100 ft-lb torque.
  • Page 10 June 2021© Toro Groundsmaster 360 ROPS Cab Installation Manual Proceed with the following steps, 15-22, if the cab has a heater option. 15. Drain the engine antifreeze. 16. Locate the thermostat sensor on the left side of the thermostat housing. Remove it. Take the provided street fitting adapter (use Teflon tape on the threads of the fittings to provide a water sealed connection) and install in thermostat housing.

Route it to Pressure connection at thermostat and cut. Connect the hose to the fitting with the HS-6 hose clamp provided.
  • Page 12 June 2021© Toro Groundsmaster 360 ROPS Cab Installation Manual 21. Use provided zip ties to down hoses to prevent contact with moving parts in the engine. 22. Make sure all fitting connections are tight and the hoses are properly secured to the machine.

    June 2021© Toro Groundsmaster 360 ROPS Cab Operation Manual General Safety 1. Never let an unqualified or untrained driver operate the mower. 2. Keep a fire extinguisher, with ABC rating securely fastened in the ROPS. Maintain it and be familiar with its use.

    June 2021© Toro Groundsmaster 360 ROPS Cab Operation Manual Safe Operation on Rough Terrain 1. Drive the mower slowly on hillsides and curves to eliminate the danger of tipping. Avoid slopes which are too steep for safe operation. Avoid sharp uphill turns.

All operators should familiarize themselves with control location and function prior to operating the mower. Failure to do so may result in unsafe operation of the mower and possible injury or death to operators and bystanders.

Temperature Control Rotary Switch (optional) Indicator mark at lower left corner indicates current temperature setting. Rotate to increase heat output or to decrease heat output of heating system.

Clear the operator platform of all tools. Tools left in or around the ROPS and mower can cause operator interference which could lead to bodily injury and/or damage the machine.
