7.2 Troubleshooting

Check Method
Check the heat sink for foreign matter
or the overall health of the solar
inverter.
Check that the solar inverter is not
damaged or deformed.
● Check that cables are securely
connected.
● Check that cables are intact, and
that in particular, the parts touching
the metallic surface are not
scratched.
Check that the ground terminal and
ground cable are securely connected.
Check that all terminals and ports are
properly sealed.
Major: The solar inverter enters the shutdown mode and disconnects from the
power grid to stop generating power after a fault occurs.
Minor: Some components are faulty but the solar inverter can still connect to
the power grid and generate power.
Warning: The solar inverter output power decreases due to external factors.
