Valve Cover Installation - Polaris RANGER XP 900 2018-2019 Service Manual

VALVE COVER INSTALLATION

1. Apply anti-seize compound to spark plug threads.
2. Install spark plugs (A) and torque to specification.
TORQUE
Spark Plugs:
7 lb-ft (10 Nm)
3. Prepare valve cover sealing surfaces by cleaning
thoroughly to remove all residue.
4. Inspect the valve cover seal (B) and replace if
necessary.
5. Replace the isolators (C) around each T40 bolt.
6. Install the four valve cover shoulder bolts (D) and
isolators (C) using a T40 driver.
