5. Install copper bars from the input and bypass cabinet to the output and maintenance bypass
cabinet.
a) Remove the upper part of the bus clip in the enclosure frame.
b) Install copper bars for phases L3 (No. 76 and 77), L2 (No.78 and 79), L1 (No. 80 and 81),
and N (No. 82 and 83).
c) Install phase N copper bars (No. 47 and 48).
d) Install the upper part of the bus clip in the enclosure frame.
6. Install copper bars from the UPS to the output and maintenance bypass cabinet.
a) Remove the upper part of the bus clip in the enclosure frame.
b) Install phase PE copper bars (No. 93 and 94), and connect the PowerPOD PE bar to the UPS
output PE bar.
c) Install phase N copper bars (No. 95 and 96), and connect the top N bar to the UPS output N
bar.
d) Install copper bars for phases L3 (No. 91 and 92), L2 (No. 89 and 80), and L1 (No. 87 and
88).
e) Install the upper part of the bus clip.

7. Install copper bars from the output and maintenance bypass cabinet to the feeder cabinets.
a) Remove the upper part of the bus clip in the enclosure frame.
b) Install the phase L3 copper bar (No. 126), and then use the phase L3 copper bar (No. 130)
to connect No. 126 copper bar to the phase L3 ports on the two feeder cabinets.
c) Install the phase L2 copper bar (No. 125), and then use the phase L2 copper bar (No. 129)
to connect No. 125 copper bar to the phase L2 ports on the two feeder cabinets.
d) Install the phase L1 copper bar (No. 124), and then use the phase L1 copper bar (No. 128)
to connect No. 124 copper bar to the phase L1 ports on the two feeder cabinets.
e) Install the phase N copper bar (numbered 127) and connect it to the N bar on the top of
the two feeder cabinets.
f) Install the upper part of the bus clip.
8. Connect ground bars of adjacent cabinets.
9. Install the top panels for the enclosure frames.

3.7 Installing Cables
1. Install input and output power cables for the PowerPOD. For details, see steps 1 and 2 in
section 2.9.Installing Internal Signal Cables.
2. Install internal signal cables.
a) Install smart ETH gateways in the corresponding low-voltage cabinets.
b) Connect cables between components such as the UPS, ECC, and low-voltage PDF (with
the centralized monitoring module inside) based on the management system wiring
diagram.
3. Install UPS battery cables.
(1) Connect the ground cable of the battery string
or its BBB box to the battery PE of the UPS or the
ground bar in the equipment room based on the
site survey.
