4-3-4. Measurement distance adjustment tool

This tool allows you to visually find the best measurement distance.
- How to use the measurement distance adjustment tool
Insert the measurement distance adjustment tool to the main unit, and then secure it with the bundled M4 (L = 6)
screws.
Enter the trigger on the I/O or Non-Contact Displacement Sensor software.
One or two lines of light beam are irradiated on the target measurement object.
Two lines of light beam overlap on the best measurement distance and appear as one line.
Adjust the mounting height of the main unit or the height of the target measurement object so that two lines of light
beam will overlap.
The linear light matches the length measurement position, and can be used to align a thin measurement object.

When mounting is finished, turn off the length measurement trigger, and remove the measurement distance
adjustment tool.
CAUTION
Do not look into the light beam as it is very bright.
Also pay attention to light beam reflected on a metal, etc.
