Troubleshooting Based on Error Codes

0x62: Heater Short Circuit Error

Heater Relay stuck open or closed or Wiring defective or Heater defective.

0x63: Heater Error

Heater Relay stuck open or closed or Wiring defective or Main Board defective.
Checks to perform:
Is the resistance value measured between J3-1
and J4-2 Connector terminals on the Main Board
100 Ω ± 5%? (See Fig. 141)
Is the resistance value measured between the
terminals of Heater 100 Ω ± 5%? (See Fig. 142)
Check / Replace the wiring and check whether the
problem is solved?

Main Board defective.
Checks to perform:
Replace the Main Board and repeat the diagnostic cycle to check for any further errors.
