Blinking on for The PSE is negotiating or faulty.

Steady off The RHUB is not supplying power to the
pRRU.
Steady on The CPRI link is functioning properly.
Steady off The CPRI link is out of lock or
disconnected possibly because of an
Ethernet cable disconnection or PHY
fault.
