storage device?

If your phone supports external microSD cards and you have inserted one into your phone,
select SD card under Settings > Storage > Default storage location to export contacts
through the microSD card as follows:

Export contacts in your phone to the internal storage as a .vcf file.
Go to File Manager then the root directory of your phone storage, and send the .vcf file
to another phone.
Touch the .vcf file on the other phone to import the contacts.
Export contacts in your phone to the internal storage as a .vcf file.
Uninstall the microSD card, remove it, and insert it into another phone.
Go to File Manager then the root directory of the microSD card, and touch the
exported .vcf file to import the contacts.
NOTE
Compatibility problems may occur with .vcf files created on different mobile phones and certain contact
information may be lost after contacts are imported.
TIP
You can also use the Bluetooth function to share and import contacts.
