6.6 What can I do if my ringtone automatically restores to
the default one after I change it?
If the problem persists, contact Huawei technical support or take your phone to an authorized
Huawei service center.

6.7 Can I delete the native tones?

No.

The figures are for your reference only. The actual screens may vary.
If the ringtone you set is not a native one, check whether you have deleted or moved
the ringtone file. If so, set the ringtone again.
If your phone supports external microSD cards and the ringtone file you set is saved in
a microSD card, the ringtone will restore to the default one when you connect your
phone to a computer in USB storage mode. Disconnect your phone from the computer
or move the ringtone file to your phone storage.
If your phone supports external microSD cards and the ringtone file you set is saved in
a microSD card, check whether you have uninstalled the microSD card. If so, install
the microSD card and set the ringtone again.
