Collect Log Information
Logs record such information as user operations, system faults, and system security events.
Collect AC diagnostic logs.

For V200R007C20 and earlier versions: Log in to the web platform, choose Maintenance > AC
Maintenance > Log > View AC Logs, and click Export.
In the Export Logs dialog box, select the log file you want to export, and click OK.
