1. CAN networking: In each CAN teamwork unit, a maximum of 32 smart cooling products can be
connected. In each EMS, a maximum of four teamwork networkings are supported. One
teamwork networking is recommended for the response speed of EMS.
2. Teamwork address: In each teamwork networking, teamwork addresses must be different and
the address of one smart cooling product must be 1 (indicating the host).
3. Teamwork CAN resistor enable: determined by cable connecting sequence. After connecting
the first and nth smart cooling products in series, set this parameter to Yes for the first and nth
smart cooling products in the network, and remain it in No for other smart cooling products.
4. Teamwork function: Disable or enable the teamwork function. If the teamwork function is
disabled, this device is operating according to its own control If the teamwork function is enabled,
this device works in harmony with others that in the same group.
5. Total number of units: Number of the precision smart cooling products in this group (1 to 32 can
be set).
6. Number of running units: Number of running units in a group. The value ranges from 1 to Total
number of units.

Commissioning
1. The procedures described in this document are fully configured components. If some
components are not configured, skip the corresponding steps.
2. If alarms are generated during the procedure, see NetCol5000-C030 In-row Chilled Water
Smart Cooling Product User Manual (Simple Configuration) to deal with them.
3. At least two people are needed to complete the commissioning procedure.
Start up.
Enable the temperature sensor.
Enter the diagnostic mode.
Commission the fan.
Commission the electric heater.
Commission the humidifier.
Commission the chilled water valve.
Commission the water pump and floats.
Quit the diagnostic mode. The system
runs normally.
1. Tap the Start button to power on the device.
2. Choose Maint > Diagnostic Mode > Enter on the
home screen.
3. Set the fan air volume to maximal valve, which is
30% by default. Check whether alarms are
generated. If any alarm is generated, identify the
cause and clear the alarm.
4. Start the electric heater on the diagnostic mode
page. Check that the electric heater generates heat.
Then turn off the electric heater.
