18. Attach the Z shims to the screw holes (1 to 6) of the cell assembly for repair.

. Place the cell assembly for repair on the lower tray of the cell assembly (RP).
. Check that there is no dirt such as dust and oil on the surface to which the tape is affixed.
. Push the Z shims to the opposite side of the screw holes and attach them.

When attaching two or more shims to one screw hole, you can attach them in any order.
