Replacement outline flow
Attach the X shims and Y shims around
the cell assembly to be replaced.
Remove the rear cover assembly. (Refer to Section 4-5.)
Remove the screws of the cell assembly to be replaced,
then push the cell assembly with guide pins toward
the front side of display unit.
Remove the cell assembly from the display unit at the front.
Attach the Z shims to the cell assembly for repair to
match the thickness of cell assembly for repair
to that of the removed cell assembly.
Connect the flexible flat cables to the cell assembly for repair.
Insert the cell assembly for repair from the front of display unit.
Tighten the screws of the cell assembly for repair.
Connect the harnesses. Install the rear cover assembly.
Remove the fall prevention tapes, X shims and Y shims.
Write the data of the cell assembly for repair to the display unit.
