The SommelierSet can be used to have

your wine ready for drinking. You can

store wine glasses and accessories in

the appliance, decant your wine and

store open bottles in the appliance.

To fit the SommelierSet, you first have

to remove the wooden shelf above it.

 Pull the wooden shelf out until it

stops.

 Release the wooden shelf at the

back, lifting the shelf on the left and

right at the same time.

 Lift the wooden shelf forwards to re-

move it.

 Place the two covers supplied  over

the runners which are now visible

with the thicker side of the cover

pointing forwards.
