Setting up the SommelierSet

The SommelierSet can be used to have
your wine ready for drinking, straight
from the wine conditioning unit. You can
store wine glasses and accessories, de-
cant your wine, and store open bottles
in the wine conditioning unit.
a Large and small box for accessories
b Decanter plate, e.g., for wine carafes
c Glass holder to store and cool wine
glasses
d Bottle holder with adjustable retain-
ers for wine bottles of varying sizes

For ideal access, the SommelierSet sits
on the wooden shelf at the bottom of
the wine conditioning zone in the center
of the wine conditioning unit.
 Place the large accessory box on the
left and the small accessory box 
on the right on the wooden shelf.
 Place the decanter plate  in the
centre of the wooden shelf.
