Q : When I set a downloaded image to be the background image, the notification bar is changed to black.
Is there any way to change the color of notification bar transparently?

A : Sorry for your inconvenience but your device is not faulty.
If you set arbitrary images, not preloaded images, to be the background image, the notification bar will be opaque colored
because the device can't change the colour to match your image. It's part of the design concept of Samsung user
interface for the Galaxy S4.
