A : It is possible to store data in the S-band itself and later transmit the stored data to Galaxy S4 device.

A : No, You need to turn on the data network connection or use a wireless LAN connection (Wi-Fi)
because S translator operation is supported by an internet-server.

A : No. It's not compatible.
