Q : A small square icon with 4 smaller squares in side it appears on the screen. What is this?
A : Please check that the Assistant menu in Accessibility is turned on.
It's to improve accessibility for users who have impaired vision, hearing, or reduced dexterity.
Path : Settings → My device → Accessibility → Assistant menu

Q : When I turned on the Galaxy S4, the TalkBack function has turned on too. What has happened?
A : This is a feature of the Android OS version 4.2.
If you tap & hold screen by two fingers on the first screen of the Setup Wizard, the Talkback function is turned on.
To deselect Talkback go to:
Path : Settings → My device → Accessibility → TalkBack
