Installing and Routing the Cabinet Indicator Cables

Connection and Installation

Cabinet indicator concatenation cable
Connect the cabinet indicator cable between the cabinet indicators and the "LAMP1" interface on the SEI board
of the lower subrack.
Connect the cabinet indicator concatenation cable between the "LAMP1" interface on the upper subrack and the
"LAMP2" interface on the lower subrack.
Do not install other cables in the cabinent indicator interface or the cabinet indicator concatenation interface.
Be sure there is no particulate contamination in the cabinet indicator interface or the cabinet indicator
concatenation interace before powering on the subrack.
