conference history, or the keypad.

Answering a Call

Tap and choose Advanced Settings > Conference
Settings to set the answering mode to either of the following:
• Auto: The system answers incoming calls automatically.
• Manual: You answer incoming calls manually.
Exiting or Ending a Conference
Tap and then Exit Conference or End Conference.

Viewing Video

• Before a conference, you can view the local video on
HD displays.
• During a conference, you can choose to view the local
or remote video on HD displays.

Viewing Presentations

The local site can view a sent or received presentation in
either of the following ways:
• Viewing Presentations on Tabletop Displays
Tab and then Open to open the tabletop displays and
view the presentation. By default, the presentation is
shown on the tabletop displays. If two presentation
sources have been plugged in, the tabletop displays
show the presentation first detected. Tap Switch to view
another available presentation on the tabletop displays.
You can also use either the physical or touch-sensitive
buttons on the table to open the tabletop displays:
• Physical: Press .
• Touch-sensitive: Tap .
• Viewing Presentations on HD Displays
Tap / on an virtual HD display in the HD displays
area to view the presentation on the corresponding
