WLAN client Trigger handover via SNMP

If the other handover mechanisms such as Roaming threshold value, Background Scan
threshold value are inadequate, a specific handover can be triggered by setting the MIB
variable snMspsWlanForceHandover.
A WLAN client drives, for example along a stretch where there are several access points.
When the WLAN client passes a certain point, the value of the MIB variable is changed from
0 to 1. The WLAN client logs off from the connected access point and searches for
reachable access points. It logs on to the best reachable access point. The value of the MIB
variable is reset to 0.
