Possible cause
Damaged cooling fan
Fan rotating in wrong direction Change shaft mounted fan or correct external blower motor operation
Dirty machine interior
Coolant pipes are blocked
Faulty coolant pump
Faulty flow regulator settings
Leaking cooler header
Air inside the cooler
Emergency cooling hatch open Close emergency cooling hatch tightly
Control system setting

Corrective action
Replace fan
Clean machine parts and air gaps
Open cooler and clean pipes
Check and repair the pump
Check and adjust coolant flow
Replace the cooler header
Bleed the cooler through bleeder screw
Adjust cooling water temperature
Check machine controls, eliminate overload
Check that network balance fulfils requirements
Check measurements, sensors and wiring
Let the machine cool down before restarting
Check windings
