Tip the control panel upward before lowering the
reservoir.
15. Install the 90-degree fitting with the o-ring into the
hydraulic reservoir (Figure 4).
Note: Position the fitting so it points toward the left
side of the machine.
Note: Make sure that the o-rings are in place when
installing the fittings.
16. If previously removed, reinstall the hydraulic reservoir
with 3 sets of screws, washers and spacers. Also,
tighten the fuel tank screws, if loosened.
17. Reinstall the control panel with fasteners previously
removed.
18. Loosely install the filter head to the control panel with
the screws, washers and spacer, previously removed.
19. Tighten the nut securing the hydraulic line to front of
filter head.
20. Tighten screws securing the filter head to the control
panel.
21. Plug the wiring harness connector onto the hour meter
terminals.
22. Install the fuse bracket to the control panel.
23. If the engine has a static fan guard attached to the
motor it must be removed in order to install the kit.
24. Remove the muffler and the guard from the bracket
and exhaust manifold Figure 5).

25. Remove the muffler bracket from the bottom of engine
(Figure 5).

26. Remove the screen from oil cooler assembly (Figure 6).
Remove packaging pad from inside assembly.
27. Assemble the 2 formed hoses to the oil cooler with 2
hose clamps. Position the hoses as shown in Figure 6.
28. Loosely install the shield plate to the bottom of the oil
cooler assembly with the 4 self tapping screws (Figure
6).

29. Insert the oil cooler support between the bottom of
the engine and the top of the muffler support bracket
(Figure 6).
30. Secure the oil cooler support and the muffler support
bracket to the engine with 4 sets of bolts, washers and
nuts.
31. Secure the front end of the oil cooler support to the
engine with 2 sets of bolts, washers and nuts.
32. Tighten the screws securing the shield plate to the
bottom of oil cooler.
33. Install the muffler to the exhaust manifold and tighten
the muffler clamp.
34. Connect the hoses to the fittings on the filter head and
the hydraulic reservoir (Figure 7).
