allows APM aware software to better
manage power savings.

system resources which are not required.
The operating system cannot use APM
(advanced power management) access.
Preset power-saving functions for maximum
and minimum power-saving. The settings for
Standby/Suspend Timeout, Fixed Disk
Timeout, and LCD/CRT Mode are set
accordingly.
With Customize, the values can be defined by
the user.
No power-saving function while CPU is
inactive.
After 2 seconds, the CPU clock frequency is
reduced.
This lowers the power required.
