19.12 Summary of kinematics related variables.

The following variables may be accessed via part-program or via MDI/MDA mode. Each of
them indicates whether it may be read (R) or written (W).
Variables related to the active kinematics.
Variables.
V.G.KINTYPE
V.G.NKINAX
V.G.SELECTORI
V.G.CSROTST
Variables related to the position of the rotary axes of kinematics (1).
These variables indicate the current position of the rotary axes of the kinematics.
Variables.
V.G.POSROTF
V.G.POSROTS
V.G.POSROTT
V.G.POSROTO
Variables related to the position of the rotary axes of kinematics (2).
These variables that indicate the position the rotary axes of the kinematics must occupy in
order for the tool to be perpendicular to the define inclined plane. These variables are very
useful when the spindle is not fully motorized (mono-rotary or manual spindles). The CNC
updates these variables every time a new plane is selected, using the instruction #CS or
#ACS.
Since there isn't a single solution for angular spindle, it offers two possible solutions; the one
involving the smallest movement of the main rotary axis with respect to the zero position
(solution 1) and the one involving the greater movement of the main rotary axis with respect
to the zero position (solution 2).
Variables.
V.G.TOOLORIF1
V.G.TOOLORIF2
V.G.TOOLORIS1
V.G.TOOLORIS2
V.G.TOOLORIT1
V.G.TOOLORIT2
V.G.TOOLORIO1
V.G.TOOLORIO2
