6.9 Connecting the Battery Supply

Prerequisites
To avoid damage to batteries, switch on the battery circuit breaker only after correctly setting
the battery parameters.
Procedure
Step 1 Switch off the AC circuit breaker for the upper-level device, and then switch on the battery
circuit breaker on PDU.
Step 2 Switch on the AC circuit breaker for the upper-level device, and then switch on the load
circuit breakers on PDU.
