The UR provides two user levels of password security: Command and Setting. Operations under password supervision are
as follows:
COMMAND:
Operating the breakers via faceplate keypad
Changing the state of virtual inputs
Clearing the event records
Clearing the oscillography records
SETTING:
Changing any setting.
The Command and Setting passwords are defaulted to "Null" when the relay is shipped from the factory. When a password
is set to "Null", the password security feature is disabled.
Programming a password code is required to enable each access level. A password consists of 1 to 10 numerical charac-
ters. When a

To gain write access to a "Restricted" setting, set
