11.3 Procedure for Writing One Program
This section describes a procedure for writing a program to the program memory. (
Follow the procedure below and then the procedure provided in Section 11.5 before storing the program in
the memory card for boot operation.
In the following procedure,

Change the number of device points in the
Device tab of the PLC parameter dialog box.
Create a program to be executed in the
CPU module.

Set the initial device value range.
Set a file name for initial device value in the
PLC file tab of the PLC parameter dialog box.
Set the RUN/STOP/RESET switch to STOP
and power on the CPU module
(the ERR. LED turns on).

Start GX Developer.
Set the project.
Change the number
of device points?
