Viewing or Deactivating Device Administrators
The Device administrators screen lists all applications that have been given authorization to act as a device
administrator, which is often required when you set up accounts that synchronize data between the terminal and an
enterprise service. An enterprise service implements security policies on the terminal before allowing a connection
(e.g. passwords and certificates).
Touch Device administrators from the Security screen, and then touch the application name if you want to remove
authorization for the app to act as a device administrator for the terminal.
Viewing or Changing App Permissions
Apps ops allows you to view or change permissions for a specific apps and services.
To view and modify the permissions for an app:
1. Touch Security from the Settings
2. Touch Apps ops.
3. Swipe left to view four app lists Locations, Personal, Messaging, Media, Device, Bootup.
4. Select an app or service from one of the lists.
5. Touch the toggle boxs to turn permissions
Allowing Unknown Sources
Check the Unknown sources box to allow the installation of non-market applications. This setting is disabled by
default.

change the automatic spelling correction settings, manage your personal dictionary, configure keyboard & input methods for text

The virtual keyboard appears when you open an application or select a field that requires text or numerical input. The
content of the keyboard may vary depending on the selected default, the application in use, and the input field
requirements.
