Phonebook
You may store up to 50 entries per base or handset with 4-digits and 15-character
names (including spaces) in the phonebook memory.

Review Phonebook

1. Press the
button on the cordless handset or base.
NOTE: If phonebook is empty, screen displays PHONEBOOK EMPTY.
. Press the 5 or 6 button to review phonebook.
. You can search a name by inputting the first character.

5. When you scroll to the end of the phone book, the screen displays "-----------" .
NOTE: It is also possible to view the phonebook during a call.

Storing Name and Number into Phonebook

1. Press the
button on the cordless handset or base.
. Press the menu/ok button to enter menu, select ADD NEW.
. Press the menu/ok button and screen displays ENTER NUMBER.
4. Enter number using the keypad. (Press and hold pause button if a pause is
needed.)
5. Press the menu/ok button and screen displays ENTER NAME.
6. Enter the name by using the number keypad. To enter the characters for a
name, press the numeric button consecutively eg: letter H, press the number 4
button twice. If  consecutive characters are on the same button, enter the first
character, then wait for the cursor to move to the right before entering the next
character.
NOTE: Press the cancel/mute button on the cordless handset or the
cancel button on the corded base to delete any incorrect entries.
7. Press the menu/ok button to save the record.
NOTE: When screen displays MEMORY FULL, you must delete one or
more records before saving a new record.
