I don't see any video, music, or photos on the LinkTheater

Check the following:
A:
1. Check that video, audio, or photo content is available on the resource you are accessing.
2. Check that the video, audio, or photo file is playable on your PC.
3. Check that the LinkTheater PC Software is configured properly and that the multimedia content is
residing in the configured library and watch folders.
I changed some of the video, music, or photo content on a resource but I can't see the changes on

Press the "Refresh" button on the remote control to refresh the page. Also, try toggling the video,

LinkTheater responds slowly when I watch a movie, browse photos, or listen to music

Check the following:

1. Publish multiple folders – If there are a large number of files placed in a folder, navigating through
the folder may be slow. Try creating more folders with less content in each folder.
2. Remove unusable files – Move files that are not known to be digital content. Non-supported file
formats may not be seen on LinkTheater but they are still processed and filtered by LinkTheater
which may slow down LinkTheater response times.
3. Check PC performance – Check the performance of the PC. Try installing the software on a faster
PC if available.
