Engine Block
Crankshaft Installation (cont'd)
Put the lower block on lhe cylinder block.
Tighten the bearing cap bolts in sequence to
29 N.m (3.0 kgf m, 22 lbf.ft).
Tighten the bearing cap bolts an additional 56".
Tighten the I mm bolts in sequence to 22 N.m 12.2
kgf m, 16 lbf.ft).

squarely into the block to the specified installed

Measure the distance between the crankshaft (A)

Oil Seal Insialled Height:
5.5 6.5 mm
