Check the load information in the Inactive Load Information field.

Setting up Forced Authorization Codes

To force users to enter a Forced Authorization Code (FAC) when placing a call, set up the following
fields in Call Routing > Forced Authorization Code.

Setting up the Incoming Call Toast Timer

You can set the time that the Incoming Call Toast (incoming call notification window) displays on the
user's phone. You set up the feature from one of the following Cisco Unified Communications Manager
windows:

Setting up Peer Firmware Sharing

Go to Cisco Unified CM Administration > Device > Phone.

Description
Select the check box to require a user to enter an FAC.
The code that the user must enter to be authorized to place the call.

Device > Phone > Phone Configuration
Incoming Call Toast Timer Field
Description
Gives the time, in seconds, that the toast displays. The time includes the fade
in and fade out times for the window.
The possible values are 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 15, 30, and 60.
The default is 5.
