MORE INFORMATION ON THE WIRELESS DEVICE PROPERTIES
Right click any thermostat on the WirelessTstatNetwork to load the thermostat property sheet.
Status: Will give the status of the wireless thermostat on the network
• (ok) Device heartbeat reporting properly with no fault encountered
• (down) Device heartbeat failed. No communication to the device
• (fault) Transaction time out on specific object write(s). Device heartbeat is still valid
• (disabled, fault) Device has been disabled
Enabled: Enables or disables the communication to the wireless thermostat. It can be used if a complete database is created for
all the devices and the installation / integration is done in segments.
Health: Health status of the device. The "Last Ok Time" represents the last time the WEBs-AX controller received the mandatory
heartbeat from the thermostat.
Device Info, Address Info and Communication Module Info: All read only properties related to the local thermostat and are
given as general information.
Wireless Signal Info:
• CRSS - Controller (with wireless card) Receiving Signal Strength (in %)
• TRSS - Thermostat Receiving Signal Strength (in %)
Any value from 10 to 100% indicates good ZigBee connectivity. Any value below 10% "may" indicate that an extra repeater
(TB-RP5000W) may need to be installed.
