pound boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into 1-inch cubes

can (4 ounces) sliced mushrooms, drained
1/2 cup chopped onion

cloves garlic, minced
1/4 cup white wine

tablespoons lemon juice

1/4 teaspoon pepper

ounces penne or other pasta, cooked and drained

tablespoons minced fresh basil

tablespoons fat-free half and half
1/2 cup shredded Parmesan cheese

Combine chicken, mushrooms, onion, garlic, wine, lemon juice, Italian seasoning,
salt and pepper in slow cooker.

Cover and cook on Preset 4 Chicken and Poultry (low 4 hours).
•
Stir in pasta, basil, half and half and Parmesan cheese just before serving.
