From the Embedded Web Service, select the Address Book tab

Click the Add button above the list.
A pop-up window appears.

Enter the General information.

Enter the Email address.

Enter the Phone No..

Select the server(s) you are using among Network Folder, FTP and enter the necessary
server information. Click the Test button to test the server.

Click Apply.
Deleting an individual address book entry
NOTE: You need to Log in as an administrator to manage the address book. See
"Logging into Embedded Web Service"
1 From the Embedded Web Service, select the Address Book tab

Check the checkbox(es) of the entry you want to delete from the list and click the
Delete button above the list.

When confirmation message appears, click OK.
Editing an individual address book entry
NOTE: You need to Log in as an administrator to manage the address book. See
"Logging into Embedded Web Service"

Click the Edit button above the list.
A pop-up window appears.

Change the value as you want.

Click Apply.
Searching an individual address book entry

1 From the Embedded Web Service, select the Address Book tab

Enter the key word for your search and from the drop down list select the category to
narrow your search.
3 Click the button.
The search result appears on the list.
