C. Sew in the zipper.
1. Fold back the left seam allowance as shown.
2. Turn under the right seam allowance to form a 1/8"
fold.
3. Place the zipper teeth next to the 1/8" fotd and pin in
place.
NOTE: Be sure the top of the zipper (the slider) is at
the top of the garment.
4. Attach the foot holder to the right pins on the zipper
foot.
5. Lower the zipper foot on the top side at the bottom of
the zipper so that the needle pierces the fold and the
zipper tape.
6. Sew through the fold and the zupper tape to the point
where the slider begins.
7. Lower the needle to hold the fabric and raise the
presser foot.
8. Open the zipper.
9. Lower the presser foot and stitch the rest of the
seam,

C. Pour coudre la fenneture:
1. Rabattez en arrikre la ressource gauche de ta
cotllllre, co_llttle
ttzotztrd.
2. Repliez dessous la resseurce droite pour fatre ttn pli
de 1/8".
3. Glissez le rttban de glissikre dessous, tes crochets
contre le pli de 1/8" et b&ttssez-le.
NOTE: Quand la fermetare est fermde, fe curseur dolt
_tre en haut de t"ouverture dans le v_tement.
4. Montez te pied contre te cold drott de la barre
5. Abaissez le pied d fermeture au bas de la fermentre,
de maniOre qua !'atguille pgnOtre clans le pli en
piquant sttr l'endrott, puts clans le rttban.
6. Piquez fltsqu '& proximttd dtt curseur.
Z Abatssez l'atguille dans le ttsstt, pour qu 'il ne bouge
pas, et remontez te pied presseur.
& Ottvrez lafermeture.
9. Abatssez le pied presseur et fintssez de coudre te
ruban en place.
