• Auto-tension
Set" 5" for ordinary sewing to get automatically well-balanced thread tension.
(When set the ° 5 "green light will be on)
Balanced thread tension:
For straight stitch
The ideal straight stitch will have threads locked between the two layers of fabric.
For zigzag stitch
in the correct zigzag stitch, the bobbin threads will not show on the top side of fabric
and the top threads will show slightly on the bottom side.
* The needie thread is too loose.

o Manual needle thread tension
Adjusting the manual needle thread tension may be required when some types of
fabric and thread are being used.
Set the dial from 0 to 9 to get proper thread tension balance as follows:
* When the needle thread is too loose: The needle thread appears on the
underside of the fabric.
Move the dial to direction A.
* When the needle thread is too tight:
surface of the fabric.
Move the diai to direction B.
