Preheating and Pan Placement
Preheat
tile oven if tile recipe
calls for it.
To preheat,
set tile oven at tile con'ect
temperature.
Preheating

baking

baking cakes, cookies,

Baking results will be better
if baking pans
are centered
in tile oven

two shelves, stagger

Aluminum Foil
Never cover the oven bottom with
aluminum foil.
Ybu can use aluminum
foil to line tile
broiler
pan and broiler
grid. Howe\'e_; you
must mold the fi)il tightly to the grid and
cut slits in it just like the grid.

spillove_: To do so, place a small sheet of
toil on a lower shelf several inches
below
the fi)od.
Never entirely
cover a shelf with ahmfinum
toil. This will distm'b the heat circulation
and result in poor baking.
Oven Moisture
