Assembling the Air Compressor

Unpack the air compressor. Inspect the unit for damage. If the unit has been damaged in transit, contact the carrier and complete a
damage claim. Do this immediately because there are time limitations to damage claims. The carton should contain the following:

Assembled Air Compressor
•
(2) Air Filters
•
(2) Wheels
•
(2) Shoulder Bolts 3/8"-16 x 9/16", 7/16" x 1-15/16"
•
(4) Flat Washers 13 x 14 x 2mm
•
(2) Flat Washers 3/8"
•
(2) Internal Tooth Washers 3/8"
•
(2) Hex Nuts 3/8"-16
Filters
1) Attach (2) air filters and hand tighten (see Fig 1)
Wheels
1) Attach (2) wheels to air compressor with (2) 3/8"-16 x
9/16", 7/16" x 1-15/16" shoulder bolts; (4) 13 x 14 x 2mm
flat washers; (2) 3/8" flat washers; (2) 3/8" internal tooth
washers; and (2) 3/8"-16 hex nuts (see Fig 2)
