16.5 LCD Display Data Memory
The LCD display data memory is mapped onto addresses FA59H to FA6CH. The data stored in the LCD display
data memory can be displayed on an LCD panel by the LCD controller/driver.
Figure 16-5 shows the relation between the LCD display data memory contents and the segment outputs/common
outputs.
Any area not used for display can be used as normal RAM.

Caution
The higher 4 bits of the LCD display data memory do not incorporate memory. Be sure to set
them to 0.
